Is stress serving you or stifling you?

Do you feel like you're always going "full throttle"?  Is stress such a common part of your life that it feels like you need a bit of it to get going?  Are you always trying to do more with less?

How is it working out for you?  Are you noticing any "side effects"?

I plan to talk more about stress, reasons for it, reactions to it and strategies for managing it in the coming months.

To kick off the discussion though, how would you feel if someone told you:  To achieve more, you need to do less.  Would you trust their advice?

I know it sounds both fabulous and irrational, so don't take my word for it.  Have a look at this article - "Do less if you want to achieve more" (from the NZ Herald) - and make up your own mind on the matter!

Have a great week!
